By accessing or using PolyEdge AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

PolyEdge AI provides AI-powered analysis and trading tools for prediction markets on Polymarket. The Service is intended for users who are legally permitted to participate in prediction markets in their jurisdiction.

PolyEdge AI offers the following features:

• AI-powered prediction analysis and edge detection
• Real-time market data from Polymarket
• One-click trading functionality (non-custodial)
• Position and portfolio tracking
• Whale activity alerts (Pro tier)
• Custom risk parameters (Pro tier)

The Service operates on a freemium model: Free users receive 2 AI edge opportunities and 1 market analysis per day. Pro subscribers ($49/month) receive unlimited access to all features.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We cannot recover funds or reverse transactions once they are executed on the blockchain.

• No Financial Advice: AI predictions and analysis provided by PolyEdge AI are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
• Accuracy Not Guaranteed: While our AI has historically achieved approximately 68-86% accuracy on high-edge opportunities, past performance does not guarantee future results. Predictions may be inaccurate.
• Risk of Loss: Trading prediction markets involves significant risk of loss. Never trade more than you can afford to lose.
• Market Risks: Prediction markets are subject to volatility, liquidity issues, and smart contract risks.

By using PolyEdge AI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when required
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Not use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Accept full responsibility for your trading decisions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until you cancel. Subscription benefits begin immediately upon successful payment.

• Annual Pro: $470/year (save 20%)
• Free tier: Always available with daily limits

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Access continues until the end of your billing period, after which you revert to the free tier.

All content, features, and functionality of PolyEdge AI, including but not limited to AI algorithms, analysis methods, user interface, and branding, are the exclusive property of PolyEdge AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLYEDGE AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Trading losses incurred based on AI predictions
• Unauthorized access to your wallet or account
• Smart contract failures or blockchain network issues
• Any third-party actions or content

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

• Service Delivery: To provide AI analysis, track your usage within free tier limits, and enable trading functionality.
• Subscription Management: To verify Pro subscription status and provide appropriate feature access.
• Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve our AI algorithms and user experience.
• Communication: To send important updates about the Service (you can opt out of marketing communications).

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• PayPal: For payment processing (subject to PayPal's privacy policy)
• Polymarket API: Your wallet address is used to fetch your positions and execute trades (you control this via your wallet)
• Analytics providers: Anonymous, aggregated usage data
• Law enforcement: If required by law or valid legal process

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• Secure database storage with encryption at rest
• Regular security audits and updates
• Minimal data collection principle

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not track you across websites. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work properly.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data we hold
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Disconnect your wallet and stop using the Service at any time

We retain your wallet address and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).

PolyEdge AI is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

1. Email us at polyedgeai.help@gmail.com with your request
2. Include the wallet address associated with your subscription
3. We'll verify your purchase date and process the refund
4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:

1. Log in to your PayPal account
2. Go to Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments
3. Find PolyEdge AI and cancel the subscription

After cancellation, you'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, and your account will revert to the free tier.
